Can one request cover several people or homes?
Yes. Put the headcount and cities in the brief. We send options per home and confirm them together under one agreement and one invoice.
Is every home available for every date?
No. A specialist checks live inventory against the dates and requirements before quoting, so the options you receive are real.
When is a stay confirmed?
Once the option, the agreement and the payment terms are approved. Guide and access codes are released to the occupant in the stay app from 4 PM on the move-in date.
Does the occupant need a Passport?
Some buildings require an identity check for whoever is staying. The occupant completes it once in the stay app; the company does not need to collect anything.
