What is the Passport?

A one-time identity check for occupants. It unlocks our best direct rates, the full addresses and booking across the collection. A person reviews anything unusual, and returning guests are not asked again.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 11 AM at most homes. Early arrivals and late departures depend on the cleaning schedule for that day and are confirmed the day before.

Can I stay for a month or longer?

Yes. Stays of 30 nights or more are priced monthly, and extensions are handled against live availability. Companies and relocation teams can arrange invoicing and multiple homes through the corporate page.

Is parking available?

It depends on the building. Some homes include a garage space or driveway, others rely on street or nearby garage parking, and in a few buildings a space must be arranged before arrival. Each home's guide states exactly what applies.

Are pets allowed?

In some homes, with a pet fee and advance notice. Tell us before booking so we can confirm the home and prepare it properly.
