What are the minimums?
Target founding-round minimums start around $10K, with lower tiers reserved for our team. Final terms will be set per listing when the round opens.
How and when do I get paid?
As a monthly share of the listing’s net income, reported transparently. Full statement and payout infrastructure is rolling out during the founding round.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Short-term-rental income varies with season, demand and costs. Every figure here is a projection or live estimate, never a promise.
Who can invest right now?
No one yet — the Syndicate is still in build. Our team and friends & family get first access when it opens; everyone else joins the waitlist.
