CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
You may check in any time after 4:00 PM local time and must check out by 11:00 AM local time. If you’d like an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us as soon as possible. Adjustments can be requested by contacting us via email at reservations@purevoyage.com or by calling (Phone Number ) We will do our best to accommodate your request and confirm any modifications by text or email.
If you overstay your designated check-out time by more than two (2) hours, we reserve the right to enter the Property, remove belongings, change locks or lock codes, and take necessary actions. Overstays may incur costs, including up to 150% of the daily rate for each day (full or partial) of overstay, plus any related damages or expenses (e.g., loss of subsequent reservations).
You will receive check-out instructions via email before your departure. Please follow these instructions and contact us with any questions.
BASIC HOUSE RULES
The following are prohibited:
- Smoking of any kind (including balconies/terraces, vaping, or cannabis use) will result in a $250 fine plus cleaning costs.
- Parties or events.
- Exceeding the maximum number of permitted guests (posted on our website).
- Excessive noise, particularly audible noise outside the Property after 9:00 PM.
- Illegal substances or activities, including unauthorized downloads or file sharing.
- Firearms, weapons, or hazardous items (e.g., candles, lighters).
- Placing obstructions, signage, or garbage outside the Property.
- Commercial photography or videography without prior written consent.
- Unauthorized modifications, moving furniture, or creating unsanitary conditions.
- Using the Property for anything other than personal accommodation.
